Once an eligible return has been approved, refunds are processed within 12 days. Funuoo does not charge a refund processing fee or restocking fee under the applicable return policy.

If an order is successfully canceled before fulfillment and a payment has already been captured, the applicable refund will be processed according to our Cancel/Change Order Policy.

Customers should contact us immediately if they wish to cancel an order. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipment, cancellation may no longer be possible.
