This Cancel / Change Order Policy explains how customers can request order modifications, cancellations, address updates, and related adjustments before shipment processing is completed.

Order Processing Timeline

Orders are generally processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.

Because orders move into fulfillment quickly, customers are encouraged to contact us immediately if any changes are needed after an order is submitted.

Once an order enters packaging, shipment preparation, or carrier processing, modifications may no longer be possible.

Order Cancellation Requests

Customers may request to cancel an order shortly after it has been placed.

Cancellation requests are reviewed based on the current fulfillment status of the order at the time the request is received.

If the order has not yet entered shipment preparation or carrier processing, we will make every reasonable effort to approve the cancellation request.

Once an order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Approved cancellations will be processed back to the original payment method used during checkout.

Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier and tracking information has been issued, the order is considered shipped.

At that stage:

Requests submitted after shipment processing has started may no longer qualify for cancellation.

We reserve the right to deny requests that appear suspicious, unauthorized, fraudulent, or inconsistent with the original transaction information.

High Volume & Promotional Periods

During major sales events, holidays, or periods of high order volume, fulfillment processing may begin more quickly than usual.

As a result, the available timeframe for order cancellations or modifications may be shorter during these periods.

Customers are encouraged to carefully review all order details before completing checkout.
